Company was too conservative and they would routinely do layoffs at the slightest downturn and then rehire a massive class again. It would take a couple months to ramp up and learn the industry. They would do this repeatedly the 2 years that I was there and I got caught in the final one right when Covid hit when they thought no one would be buying online. They tried...Read More
