There is not a quota. It is commission only, you either get leads when youre good at selling or dont if youre not good.

It was a call center. Pure cold calling to sell windows for homes. If I wasn't making my quota by noon, I was sent home. $9/hr. + small daily performances bonuses. Impromptu half-days of work.
