1/10. No proper training, expect you to sink or swim and get upset when you sell the whole suite of products. Not to mention sales team is expected to do complicated implementations (with no training) for customers. No documents on processes for Salesforce, rev ops constantly frustrated with sales (because theres no training on what to do). Feels very much like everything is made up as they go.

Direct report managers are incredible, they really care. Everyone above them not so great. No transparency, CEO is irrational and pigheaded, has zero understanding of sales processes as well as how to run a start up. Runs it like a mom and pop shop, gaslights people when they bring up challenges. If he sees this i guarantee he'll gaslight me in response, just go read his responses on glassdoor. Do Not Work Here.

Recruiting process completely unaligned with how things happen internally.  People are passive aggressive and lazy, takes forever to get anything done and even VPs have no idea of how their department functions.

CEO thinks he owns Rolex and the organization can grow without sales teams. Been around for 11 years and not even close to a household name as a product. Has zero respect for sales as an organization and consistently does things to make everyone's jobs more difficult.

Answer

There is none... they laid off almost the entire sales org (including top performers) because they believe the product will attract enough customers on its own.
