Unfortunately, layoffs affected the entire field sales team recently. I enjoyed working at 7shifts and the product has a strong market fit that resonates with restauranteurs. In my opinion, they jumped the gun a bit on fleshing out a field sales org. Over hired with minimal resources and structures in place to help reps succeed.
