Great training and leadership. AIG went thru a brand change to Corebridge financial and nobody knows who Corebridge is, so lead flow came to a total halt and it was a 100% inbound sales position, so we didn't have much to do from that point. We hit a major round of layoffs in Feb 2025 for all the new life ins sales folks, which was me. not sure that i would apply to this position in its current climate. they are still going thru the name rebranding change

My overall experience was okay, zero training to get you product ready and systems ready. Leadership was always a plus, plenty of opportunity, products weren’t market best. Overall like any sales role if you find success and keep it going you can do okay.
