Former Employee My experience was conflicting. I did great and was top rookie of my office. But we didn’t make anywhere near the amount of money that the recruiters sold us on. If you work hard and can keep smiling and talking to customers on each door then you can make some decent money. But the job is incredibly stressful because of the rejection and the management. But that just door to door so just get used to it. It you can’t deal with rejection then you won’t make anything I didn’t really care about the rejection but management was hard to trust. These guys are salesmen so they wil say what they need to for you to be comfortable enough to join their team. The hours are long. We would work from 12pm to 9:30pm most days. And that’s 6 days a week.
THE COMPANY IS TONS OF FUN!
We went to a bunch of events including comedy shows float trips and going out on the lake on boats. They do a lot to keep you happy.
YOU WILL NOT RETAIN THE MAJORITY OF YOUR SALES
There is little control over getting paid because you just set the appointment for solar
