The culture here was terrible. I was here for seven months and had three different comp plans. I had four managers in the seven months because no one wanted to stay. The last manager I had was never a manager before and was promising things to my account that couldn’t be fulfill. Each comp plan they completely changed how I was getting paid. Leadership also changed three times since I started. Told it was matching 401k but they only start matching after you are there for 3 years.

Absolute hell! They expect you and your team to work 60 hours a week including nights, weekends, holidays. They believe in old school leadership & extreme micromanagement. Unrealistic expectations and highly unobtainable goals.
