My experience at AT&T has been highly challenging and ultimately unsatisfactory. The organization faces significant issues, including high employee turnover, unattainable quotas, and compensation adjustments that have negatively impacted morale. Additionally, the sales process is unnecessarily complicated, making it difficult to achieve success. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Do not work for a dying company in this commodity market. AT&T is the most expensive with industry leading horrible customer service.
