Things have dramatically changed over the last 6+ months since we went private (owned by PE). Too much distractions with laid offs and re-organization. PE is focus on taking cost out of the business but no intention of investing in the company. Leadership doesn't seem to be the ones calling the shots. It is clear that the PE is in charge of everything. Most of the experienced leaders have been pushed out or laid offs.

A 30 year old technology that works! The downfall is the company was sold to a PE firm. So far 2 layoffs and a lot of good leaders were released. The culture has hit rock bottom as there is no stability or direction where the company is going. A lot people are starting to test the waters.
