Former Employee Place has favouritism in place, if you don’t fit and suck up you are out, blame culture and looking for scapegoats.
US want to work extra hours and expect it from all employees, if you dare leave on time it is made clear you will not promote.
Fun product and industry and some nice perks, but on call lasts a week, and product loads at 2 in the morning once a month
