Current Employee My overall experience at Accushield was good. The company has a strong product-market fit and a meaningful mission. However, I believe the compensation structure and incentives leave a lot to be desired. There’s definitely room for improvement in how the company supports and motivates its team. At times, it felt like Accushield had great momentum but would get in its own way when it came to execution and internal alignment.
