Former Employee3.3Oct 17, 2024The more loans you close or apps you complete the better = more leads you get. so you are building your success every day but if you take time off, then you don’t have a lot of good fresh leads anymore. therefore it is really hard to take time off.

Current Employee2.3May 30, 2025With new comp structure you will only make livable money if you stay in tier 1. Which is top 10% of sales team. Tier 2 is top 25% of sales team and gets smaller lead sizes. Tier 3 and 4 are junk leads - small leads or leads not looking for what the company is selling.
