Not the greatest. Very disappointed in the overall training especially for newer reps. This was my break into medical sales and they threw me into the deep end and told me to swim. I had never had a sales job before so I had to learn everything by trial and error.

Sales people are not tasked with building relationships with physicians and hospitals to get them to refer their patients to you company to provide home medical equiptment to their patients.
