Very valuable career experience. Great to get your foot into performance advertising. Management and C-Suite are incredible coaches and mentors, company culture is A+ and I really enjoyed my time learning from veteran sales professionals. Advancement opportunities as a BDR are limited, compensation is mid range.

company has a decent base salary and a great bonus structure but problem is that no one except the sales managers (2) even come close to hitting bonus - lead distribution is completely unfair and the whole system is designed to make the managers a lot of money and every else is struggling to get by and try to not get fired.

It was a great fit at the beginning. I learned a lot and had a great team. The comp and % of reps hitting quota started to slip and at that time I was recruited with a new opportunity and left. AdPurp is a great group of people and have nothing bad to say about the company.
