Former Employee2.6Dec 20, 2023Good pay, crazy culture and poor leadership at the top. Not a long term career play.

Current Employee2.7Sep 12, 2023Very toxic environment with exceptionally high turnover. Average tenure in less than a year, and I believe it always will be.

Current Employee1.7Aug 3, 2023Very toxic culture. CEO is involved in every deal. AE’s are allowed to progress the deal to a certain stage then GTM takes over to “close” the deal with Sales VP. AE does not stay engaged in deal. New CRO is cleaning house and bringing in his own crew Hopefully he’ll be able to impact change. No one has been able to yet it’s a revolving door
