My overall experience is marked by a typical startup journey at Alasco (double-double-triple-triple VC case). The dynamic environment demands a steep learning curve for everyone. The management members and founders excel in operations but could benefit from additional leadership and empathy skills. The quality of formal onboarding for new Account Executives is a potential area for improvement to support newcomers in performing. The team is very friendly and fun, creating a pleasant work atmosphere where you can easily make friends. However, some sales targets may be ambitious, contributing to notable turnover among sales employees in the past years.

I had the best colleagues ever otherwise I would have left the company earlier. Compensation is shitty and there is a cliff at 60% quota attainment. If you don’t reach that you get 0€ commission.
