Pretty big miscalculation in terms of what's possible in FS New Business. Went on massive hiring spree without understanding territories and as a result it's looking like ~25% of the team will get to goal this year.

PIPs are pretty common. I personally disliked this job/company more than any others I have had. Success definitely depends on the vertical you're in. Financial Services is far more successful than Corporates.

Very territory and vertical dependent. Different levels of product market fit depending on where you end up. Comp plan has been butchered the past couple years in a row so it’s much harder to make good commissions.
