Very successful company, with attractive base and OTE. Top perfomers will earn very well, however there is a high rate of staff turnover in new joiners and recent hiring means fewer accounts to go around. Product market fit is good for public equity/HFs, but less strong for private equity, banks, especially in EMEA.

Depends a lot on your book of business, but incredible product market fit. Biggest issue is even with SDR/BDR support AEs are expected to source as well and there is just not a ton of time to do that while managing open opportunities.
