Good. Some slow months due to product changes that left some folks lacking a bit of purpose/direction. There is optimism for whats to come but reps are getting tired of holding their breath waiting.

My overall experience is good. Management is working toward positive changes, sales recognition and achievable sales targets but constant changes have gotten in our way over the course of my time here. it’s a fun place to work but needs a lot of improvement.

Great base and good place to sit around at for a year to get paid to make calls and sell nothing. No inbound leads. Territories consist of 1 man shops that will never expand but you have to email them everyday and make 40 outbound a day minimum. Management would’ve tanked this company if the software wasn’t so great
