Former Employee This overall was a great job and a great organization to work for to start your career. They have great career development information and courses, learning how to be successful. However, there are far and few between opportunities for growth/promotion or movement in the organization. And the base pay was not enough to survive in Chicago with no commission/only an annual “bonus” based on percentage to goal.
