Most agents are expected to work 10-12 hours per day for at least 6 days a week. Leads will be removed from agents that do not work recommended schedule or submit business. Claims the positions are remote but resources are favored for agents that work in person 7 days a week. 1099 job. Make sure you are saving to pay your own taxes. No health benefits are offered to employees

They give the new reps leads that have been passed down through their senior reps for at least 3 years prior to you touching them.

Miserable and depressing. Decent learning experience though. If you’re good enough to succeed here, you should leave and make a lot more money elsewhere.
