Current Employee Anagram is a rare find in the tech start up world. The team really cares about each other, the organization has real tools to help reps ramp and sell, the product is loved amongst its clients and the industry as a whole and the culture encourages transparency so you know the true status of the company's future. It is very hard to find a product that people actually need, at a company that actually cares about your well-being, with leadership that truly works hard in the day to day. Ramp is longer than most orgs because insurance is complicated but committing to the process is worth it and offers alot of reward with professional growth and upward mobility. Highly recommend and encourage top performers to apply!
