Generally positive. Learned a lot about execution and they have a philosophy that rewards talent over experience, creating opportunities to take on new challenges. Product innovation was limited because the company is so financially and short term focused, but overall they are transparent about what they are good at.

They were FMCG company where's there's no sales cycle, also its very fast paced that were non existing training and always on the go. We used to work some weekends if the end of the month was on weekends, to hit monthly quota, even if i met my goals, we have to do it for the team.
