Management did not listen. They were dismissive of employee concerns. Incentive structure was heavily weighted to the end of the year. Most reps missed their unrealistic targets. Competition will be taking increasing amounts of market share. This is all just my opinion.

I have been at Ansys for nearly 8 years. I have worked with great people, the products are market-leading, and I’m very grateful for my experience so far. We were recently acquired by Synopsys so there is some uncertainty for the future. I am trying to remain optimistic, but there is some concern about culture changes.
