Over the last 2 years, the culture of Aptos has changed. Leadership is strong and the Product team is focused on delivering on commitments. The sales compensation structure rewards new business and growth of their flagship Aptos ONE product

Being part of a team acquired by Aptos ended the solution development and selling of that piece within two years and brought a huge amount of new solutions not ready for the market. The core team of Aptos seemed to be doing well, the acquired teams not so well.
