Entire team was laid off while sitting at 150% of annual quota with 6 weeks left in the fiscal year. Local management did their best to shield us from completely misguided directives from above.

Company had a strong gameplan but not enough money to make it happen. Service based industry with big holes in service side. Talks about being bought out losing more money quarter over quarter.

Unpacking it currently Company has potential but there are a lot of red flags in terms of market saturation, contracts that won’t allow for customer to transition over & commission payout length after install.

Very much micro-managed management, have to meet the activity and make meetings, and sell weekly while being in the office every day. The brand has a very bad reputation in the market, so price get the only point of sale. aramark is known as a fraud company
