Current Employee This position is good for entry level sales, but there is very little room for growth within the company. Many promises are made and not kept. Too many high pressure fire drills on a regular basis which are led through fear initiatives rather than inspiration. The company has great potential, but there needs to be many adjustments made to allow team members to focus on their key roles.
