There has been a huge turnover in the executive management team over the past 2 years and that has caused havoc, uncertainty and stress for the rank and file. Distribution is being challenged now more than every and the value they provide is less and less putting stress on their value and profitability. The hyperscalers are working directly with Partners and suppliers, edging out the Distributors.

One of the best work life balances I ever had, basically part time work, but the division I was in (has since been closed down) the comp was insanely Low for enterprise IT sales. Tenured reps were lucky to do 125k

Unrealistic quotas, divisive and toxic sales management, out of touch upper leadership, and an increasingly irrelevant business model. The cafeteria and gym are great.
