Former Employee If you grind, the money is quick and great. By grind, I mean 150 in person cold calls per week, 150 phone calls per week. Trust in what leadership says is minimal, as it’s one thing said to the organization, and another thing done.
Things start off well, and then people get frustrated around 3–4 months in if they don’t grind/make money because they’re in a low paying base job, and don’t trust leadership.
