I would not recommend unless you have previous sales experience and a passion for furniture. I don't see a position you would like to move up to and the management does not care about you as a person and only sees you as a number. there is potential to make money but I would not move up in company it just gets worse as you do.

Always chasing the rabbit. Product is a commodity though. Upper management blind at times to how territory sales roles work.

Decent place to get your sales career place started. Learned many basic functions of what it means to be a salesman but it is a bit outdated considering they want you to be pestering every guest that comes in the door instead of just letting them roam without anyone bothering them until they need something
