I started as a guide in 2020 working remotely, amazing money but one heck of a grind. As time has gone on the guide division has been spun off to 3rd parties and pay drastically cut with bonuses dropped entirely. This past AEP/OEP has been the worst in years with what I assume to be a mix of extremely diminished ad quality due to iOS tracker blocks as well as desperate attempts to keep up with TCPA rules. Not sure how things are for agents but considering this is the first time in years I’ve not seen them hiring for w2 positions during AEP I can’t imagine it’s going well

I was the official first hired class for their W2 team. Training was great, back in 2021 I was new the business, they were patient and I had constant business development.
