I hope to god the company has gotten better from its Stephen James Associates days. Back when I was there they paid you on a draw and you had to be 100% commission. It was literally the worst experience of my career.

Your expertise largely depends on your team leader/ office / available recruiters Company is very behind technologically and invests little to nothing in new hire training They hire anyone so good place to start a career but best to move on if you aren’t seeing any growth at the 1 year mark

The company tries to recruit new college graduates who do not have experience in the work force, who do not know better opportunities exist! They like to party and drink weekly outing or head to bars after work. Some might enjoy this, though with a lack of pay you can't afford much.
