The product is great with upside potential there. Though, the company is a meat grinder. Sitting at 50+ reps, heavy travel, pipeline is mostly made up of outbound efforts. KPIs and metrics are scrutinized daily. Lead flow is low and there’s around one SDR for every 10+ AEs. Go on LinkedIn and look at the number of AEs who left after 7-18 months.

So far I have no complaints here. It's a no nonsense, heads down environment but that's because the opportunity is here for the taking. The team is incredible and incredibly invested in the success for its reps. Astronomer is working towards being a generational company.

The product market fit is very solid but the culture is like a boiler room with constantly changing teams and leadership. Directors spend next to zero time working on professional development
