Former Employee Leadership lacked sales and management experience. In fact, management behavior was immature, misogynistic and bullies. AEs were told they are not to take PTO unless they have a pipeline or made sales even when their contracts show unlimited PTO. 100% cold calling without any sales support. SDR’s were given priority of qualified leads over field sales. SVP Sales tell sales staff they will never meet quotas unless you come with past clients. This company is toxic and hire mostly clinicians out of clinical and do not provide sales training sufficient to meet complex sales. All of management lives in Utah and do not recognize market differences nationwide. All leadership positions are held by men. Women are treated like second class citizens and bullied frequently. Do not even consider working for this misguided company. They do not deserve you.
