Current Employee Overall this is a company with products that can really make an impact in the healthcare market but the sales organization lacks a lot of go to market strategy. Relying primarily on 100% outbound in-person cold prospecting from the AEs with minimal SDR support is difficult. Minimal marketing with no brand recognition and limited sales skills training provided to reps with limited sales experience make it difficult also.
