Current Employee Overall good experience and while there is a good opportunity for Atlan to establish themselves as a market leader with the great product they built, their ability to execute on the customers’ expectations will be key. Internally the culture is average, mediocre with a poor work/life balance, overall lack of appreciation by the leadership for the sales team work, and very limited/non-existing career development opportunities.
