Avoid Augury!! They are the company of broken promises. There is no real transparency, ineffective leadership, no room for advancement and they will lead you on (i.e. promise you a promotion for months and then lay you off without notice due to their own operational inefficiencies and financial problems). They just laid off 18% of the company without any notice and some of these folks were told that a promotion was coming. There are 0 growth opportunities despite what they may say. Look elsewhere!!

Augury has great potential. Manufacturers all want to move towards a more predictive model and Augury is at the forefront of that industry. Sales Leadership is a disaster. They keep people dumb and strategy close to chest. The promoted an SDR to Team Lead and then demoted him a few months later.
