Holy turnover. From reps to managers, never seen such turnover at a sales org. The kickers and accelerators are great, problem is not that many reps actually hit their number. Product is a commodity, nothing special about it that separates it from the competition. Lot of dysfunction in sales leadership.

Still a startup so they have a lot of restructuring and layoffs. Enjoyed my time there but wish I had had more enablement from the team.
