I’ve had an amazing coach who has guided me through the process. It isn’t an easy job and is not a work from home job that you can do hobbies on the side. If you aren’t willing and trying you don’t have a chance making money.

While there are warm incoming leads, the culture was toxic which caused the role not to be rewarding

The culture is very "finance bro/ frat house". The department in charge of sending sales qualified leads gets paid on how many leads they qualify, so the quality is not always good.
