Avanos has a few wonderful keystone products but with significant leadership changes- is going down the toilet. They use to have a wonderful culture and have moved to micromanaging via GPS Motus tracking, getting rid of good reps and thinking a new hire will be the source of issues. Their competition is consistently outpacing them in marketing and studies.

Great products that make a difference and customers get excited about. The pay is entry level at best for an experienced rep quota. This company runs on politics and not performance.
