Great base compensation but other than that this place struggles. All their AEs end up leaving after figuring out that the quota is not attainable and they do not have the resources to help. CEO puts pressure rather than support on his sales reps which creates a toxic culture. I would definitely recommend asking about coaching in detail as I really feel this is where the organization lacks. Be mindful of leadership.
