Interesting role, lots of customer engagement. Difficulty with some processes and with the interface between suppliers/OEMs and Avnet. Can also be difficult to engage with customers who just want to establish direct relationships with suppliers. On established accounts things work pretty well. Compensation is definitely the biggest sticking point as it was a significant drop from my previous role.
