Slight decline in inbound opportunities over the past ~12 months, the size of deals are also slightly smaller, having to supplement inbound pipeline with outbound activity which is fine but we don’t have the right tools for outbound

Awin is a great company to work at for most, the people are lovely, the product works and perks such as WFH and 4 day week are appreciated. However, I would not recommend Awin for salespeople. The base pay is low and the commission structure is not reflective of the work required.
