Good experience at Axway, the remuneration is very heterogeneous from one salesperson to another. Solid existing installed base, but complicated to do new business.

Marketing dumps endless email campaigns on reps to execute; they appear to be adverse to doing demand generation work themselves.

My initial view and months were good, with a good API and SaaS product and supportive UK VP - But once he left, it rapidly headed downhill under the new management.
