My initial view and months were good, with a good API and SaaS product and supportive UK VP - But once he left, it rapidly headed downhill under the new management.

I noticed right away some significant gaps between the strategy leadership wanted to accomplish, and the business's ability to train, support, and ultimately set reps up for success.
