Former Employee My over all experience was nothing less than fantastic at first. In the beginning of my career the company did lack in their training in development but made up in new inbound leads and compensation. The management did not micromanage and the culture was very light and friendly. As the years started to progress is when it drastically started changing. The management became very aggressive regarding KPIs (even though sometimes KPIs wouldn’t necessarily progress your business forward) and the company began mass lay offs. The training for mid level employees was basically non existent and the culture became very dark. I still had a lot of good times and made wonderful friends. I would recommend you look into this position with a grain of salt as the nursing industry is very difficult and competitive
