Brutal, call center-esque. Do not recommend IF you have other options. If you dont have another option, rock it until you find a better opportunity. First 3 months you are considered a contract employee with zero benefits and you are NOT eligible for commission until you "graduate" which requires you to hit an extraordinarily high benchmark.

Overall BHG Financial is a burnout sales job that requires a nationwide churning and filtering of new reps. If you last long enough, you can make decent money. The culture/leadership is like a fraternity made up of the founders friends and family, so do not expect much career development outside of becoming a team manager of 6-20 representatives.
