My overall experience with BHG has been positive. Unfortunately over the last year the company has reduced 401k contribution match and has drastically reduced commission potential and has introduced a stack rank commission structure, pitting you against your peers and limiting your commission if in that month others performed better on the KPIs they reward. Reps are not paid out on funded deals any longer, simply converting and receiving verification documents for loan offers to be put together.

I would say my overall experience was good. The opportunity to make great income is there, but the confusion in management, restructuring, and working out of two CRMs made it unbearable.
