Former Employee2.6Jan 28, 2025Decent. The education is useful but the comp structure is not the best. I would advise it if somebody had a nice nest egg or if they lived at home still and could build a book of business with minimal living expenses.

They expect new reps to cold-call the old leads to sell non-competitive products. The whole structure is made to cycle through new reps to bring in new clients for managers.
