3rd party BDR company that relies heavily on outbound cold-calling. Low base, commission is solid if you're getting good projects (randomly assigned). Great way to break in to the industry. Trial by fire to build the grit, adaptability, cold-calling skills and industry knowledge you'll need to transition to another role elsewhere

Great company to work for if you want to get into sales. Uncapped commissions. Leadership can be difficult and tends to play favorites but can be rewarding if you grind.

One of the worst experiences in my professional career. Leads to call were based on a manager meeting, that had zero structure and was solely based on personal preference and mercy of your superior manager.
